Or what would happen if you met the boat at the south end of the Strait of Georgia. Jumped aboard the boat as the transport crew jump off in a trailing speed boat. They stay south of the 49th and you stay North... Then you would have to figure out how a Canadian can import a boat into the country.

Might be an issue if the CBSA and the CBP are monitoring the radar and send a Cutter to investigate and look for contraband.

i'm sure all spectrums of behavior are going to happen. i'm sure the indigenous people were not thrilled to see my ancestors show up and move in. still to this day i'm sure.
