My 381 is shrink-wrapped for winter, but the wrap does not cover the bottom edge of the "scoop" transom, which has a rubber-like rub rail. Should I be concerned about this? Thanks in advance.

Is your concern that the rubber lip isn't protected, or that the shrink wrap won't be stable or something? If you are concerned about protecting that rubber, you could just tape a piece of plastic over it, though don't cover up the drain hole down there--which may be what the shrink wrappers were trying to avoid?
