Covering a 15 ft at a seawall

I have a 15ft Surprise and I am trying to figure a way to easily cover it and keep out rain water. I rigged a few corrugated panels but they still let it in and its a pain to put on and off.
Here is a picture of it. with the corrugated panels next to it. Thanks

The usual approach is a canvas cover. This place has one for a Surprise.

Sailrite has a couple good video instructions, look for "Quick winter cover" and "Traditional winter cover".
