Does anyone have experience cruising on the Caribbean coast of Central America? I am specifically interested in the existence of good (or decent) anchorages on the East coast of Costa Rica.
.... ask about the water between the western end of Cuba and Mexico. I am interested in anything, from what you have experienced in terms of current, weather, and advice about seasonal changes.... I am thinking of a trip from Key West to Costa Rica via Mexico and Central America... Cheers, Neil
about circumnavigating the Carribbean has lots of great info on these areas. I attended her seminar on same and it seems to fit the bill. Probably here at HOW and/or Amazon. She writes regular articles for Sailnet as well.
