I have been on a friends coroado many many times it is a well biult boat his has been used extensivly. It sails better and faster than any boat its size and a little bigger very fast for a heavy boat.

Do you mean Coronado 35 (amidships) model?

I owned and lived aboard a 1972 model back in the early 80's. Let me know if your referring to the 35 center-cockpit model. Bob

I Have A Coronado 35

Possibly "off topic", but I have a 1971 Coronado 35 center cockpit. If this IS the same boat (I think it's a different design), I'd be happy to answer any questions I can. Bob from Georgia, if you have any pictures or info about your experiences, I'd like to hear from you. You can email me at hparsons@parsonsys.com

well made?

Ron I am glad to hear the reported speed is not a myth. I know that the Coronados from this time period were made by Whittaker Corp. who had been making Columbias since the early sixties. I would be interested in your opinion of the general fit and finish, problem areas, blister probs etc. of your 35s Bob and Herb. This is the particular model I am interested in if anyone is familiar. Aft cockpit LOA 34' 0" LWL 28' 2" BEAM 10' 0" Draft 5' 0" Displacement 10,500 lbs. Ballast 4300 lbs. Main Sail 544 sq. ft. 100% Forsail ?? sq. ft. Headroom 6' 4" Designer: William H.
