Different model boat here, but our 4JH2-TE takes the green stuff without water mix. Our expansion tank has the low add mark about one quarter from the bottom and the full mark about three quarters from the top.

I've always used Delo 400 10-30 weight in our engine. Most any high grade diesel rated oil will do the job.

Is there a specific type of engine coolant you should use for the Yanmar engine? I've owned several John Deere tractors (Big ones) that do require a specific coolant.

I wanted to make sure that I was adding the correct coolant. I'm pretty sure it's the small little plastic type bottle to the upper left corner of the engine where the coolant is added and held. I don't recall seeing a marker for the level anyone know how much to fill?

And. Engine oil what type are you using?
I have used the Yanmar brand antifreeze since new. Change it every other year. Premixed. My 4JH4E takes roughly 1.5 gal.
