Converting heads to fresh water

We just purchased a B-43 and want to convert the two electric heads to fresh water. Any suggestions on the plumbing modifications needed? I'm anticipating doing this myself when we have some time since it seems straightforward, but many things on a boat look simple until you tear into them...

I have twin tanks, the plan would be to use one for drinking and one for the flush system. They are easily segregated so I don't have to be concerned over contaminating the drinking water.
