Contact problems with Catalina Direct?

I have been having problems getting a response from Catalina Direct about the delivery date for a bowsprit that I ordered. I have talked to someone there twice and have left two additional messages with no response. Does anyone know who I should talk to there to get my question answered? Thanks, BILL

I have noticed similar problems. They will take all your damn info on the phone before they finally tell you that it is not in stock. Turns out half the time they just order it from catalina and resell it for more $. I have learned to get a price from them then call catalina and see if they are cheaper and have it in stock.

Busy bees

It seems to me that they either have staffing issues and/or are just too darn busy. I left a couple of unreturned voicemails myself when I ordered my chainplate kit. It took about a month longer than quoted but everyone was very friendly. I think Richard's suggestion was a good one. Call Catalina first. LaDonna
