George Henry
I have a 1995 H26 and today removed the cockpit locker cover to do what I thought would be cosmetic gelcoat repairs. The locker top core is wet two places aproximately 8" directly adjacent to the hinges on the area between each hinge and 3" from the hinge side of the cover. The fiberglass is one layer of roving mat and gel coat. The total thickness is barely over 1/32"!!!!Is this standard construction or did the new guy make this on friday afternoon 2 minutes before quiting time.Anyone made these repairs? How do you duplicate the surface pattern?Does Hunter have replacement cover available?
