I need to connect the + chord on our AIS to the 12V panel on our oceanis 36cc. Does anyone know how it is opened ?

Look up WAGO Blocks either in your Beneteau manual, or google it. They are basically a push in connector. Strip the wire about 3/8", use a narrow screwdriver or a probe to push in on the side tab and essentially plug in the wire. Reverse the process to disconnect. It really fairly straightforward, Probably easier to do than to explain.
The difficult part is identifying the correct slot to insert wire. The last device I connected was to the specific breaker vs wego panel.
Depending what you wire where and to what, you might have to put a fuse in the wire from the panel your AIS. there is a breaker in the front but it is probably far too high amp for your device. I individually fused any wire from the bus to device, one time I shorted something and it destroyed my GPS antenna, but the breaker did not trip...
