Thanks! :)

I THINK the title will be "Get Rid of Boat Odors!--A guide to Marine Sanitation Systems and Other Sources of Odor and Aggravation." But it's up to the publisher...who, btw, is Seaworthy (link below if you want to check out their other titles, many of which are available from the chandlery here). It's as complete "101" guide as I could make it to how marine toilets--electric and manual--work, how to correctly install, operate maintain toilets and holding tanks, as well as all the sources of odor and how to get rid of 'em...or better yet, prevent 'em. It should be on the shelves at book stores and boat stores by early spring...and it will be available from the online chandlery here. Signed copies will also be available for all three people (including my dad) who want one.

How about "Head Cheese -

A guide to Marine Sanitation Systems and Other Sources of Odor and Aggravation" or maybe "Honey, is that you or is that the boat. A guide to Marine Sanitation Systems and Other Sources of Odor and Aggravation" or "Damn, someone open the hatches. A guide to Marine Sanitation Systems and Other Sources of Odor and Aggravation" ;^) (permission to use of any titles above given...lol)

I'm hoping to be invited again

If so, you can be sure I'll bring some books. :) But whether I am or not, the Chesapeake Bay Rendevous at Solomons Island is an event no Hunter owner should miss, whether you sail in or come by land. It's the best mix of fun and seminars with the best group of people on the planet.

Peggy As an aspiring owner (take delivery of my 356 in Feb/Mar) I hope I wont need your book till at least, well April :) Any chance of a the book making it over here...if not add me to the list of those wanting a signed copy!! I already have reams of copies of articles from ur forum but to have it all together in 1 book would be great. I could use the paper in the heads then. (just kidding lol)

I'll make sure you get one, Colin

I don't know whether Seaworthy has any actual distribution outside the US, but a quick check on Seaworthy's site (link below) indicates they do get enough direct overseas orders to have an overseas shipping rate. They do have wonderful US distribution--all the major book store and boat store chains as wells as a number of web book sellers--Amazon...Sailnet...the online store here, just to name a few. Plus quite a few independent stores (Fawcett's in Annapolis, for one) and marinas. And they take a booth at most of the major sail shows, bringing in authors to help sell their own books and sign 'em. So if it doesn't sell well, it won't be because I chose the wrong publisher.
