We've had an "air-head" for about a year now. With weeknd use only crew of 2), it is a significant improvement over the holding tank monster. No pump-outs, no clogged macerator, no smell. The vent fan requires only 100 mA and my 55w solar panel is more than enough to keep up. With heavier usage, it may be another matter, but so far, no complaints.
