compass woes

I recently removed my compass that was installed on the portside bulkhead in the cockpit,it is mounted through the bulkhead in a round frame with a 4 bolt pattern, the bolts being 3.75 inches apart, has anyone replaced one of these without drilling new holes?

No, but

I replaced a broken depth finder with a compass. The hole diameter ws athe same. The compass had aa ring on the back that held it in place. Try Sail net or west arine for a compass that will fit without drilling.
