I just got notice that my compass has shipped. I ended up buying the Contest 101. You can get them REALLY cheap on Ebay. I have seen them advertised for anywhere from $190-$250. I got mine for $95 from Marisafe. The auction went off in the morning and no one bid against me. They auction alot of these each month on Ebay.
Anyway, I think the existing mounting hole in my Vega is just slightly small. Is there a right or wrong way to open up these holes? Or any suggestions making it easier? I am thinking right now of a coping saw or a file maybe.
