I would like to know if the H240 sails a lot more tender then the H260. I was looking at the "Owner Contributed Pictures" in the boat information section of this web site. In the H240 pictures, there seem to be too many pictures where the H240's cabin windows are almost buried in the water. I know with my H260, she will "round up into the wind" before she heels that much. Does the H240 heel that much more? Thanks, Bob Fliegel.

Since the hull design is essentially the same between the 2 boats I would imagine they sail about the same. The 240 is much lighter but it also has less sail area. As far as burying the windows goes, that is not a good indicator as I have done the same to my 260 a number of times. You're not having fun unless your laid over more than you're standing up.

and the 240 is a bit more tender initally than the 260. The 240 has less ballast than the 260 and has a little less beam. If I remember correctly the 240 has 1300 lbs of ballast and the 260 has 2000lbs.
