The plastic pieces have to go. Looking for good work at a reasonable price. The boats located in Tacoma.

Hunter installed heavy, bulletproof plastic pieces for the H320 series that I replaced with slightly thinner plywood. Much lighter and watertight once they were varnished.

Soul, we put a pair of doors from Zacor on our 33 and really liked them. Easy to install and looked very good. Liked the ability to change out from screen to privacy without any hassle. You might want to check on them but I am not certain what you consider "reasonable".

I would like to do wood. The Zarcor look nice. I'm looking for wood, something that I can lock from the inside, holds the heat in and something that I can remove the windows and replace with screens. Something local?

I have the zarcor doors on my 33 as well. It's a pretty good upgrade. Don't get the combo lock though, it's pretty crappy.

If you gave them dimensions, I'm sure the folks at the Sumner Woodworker Store could whip you up something really nice - although Dave G's link above looks pretty nice.
