Nice to know we were not alone with our frustration with the door panel arrangement. At least our panels did not fall out as others have. Anyway, the door pictured here has fixed our woes. Some additional hardware is needed to secure the doors to the cross bar when closed and for some flush pull handles. There are so many way to accomplish those, I have not decided on one yet. The angle of the companion way has kept them lying flat and secure for us in most conditions open or closed. We will do it in teak later.
