Steve and others,
I forgot something .... am allowed to say it on this web site because
it concerns Argonauts which of course is about row-boats. Mr. owner-
of-the-site I promise not to deviate from aquatic topics again.
Actually Steve, there is a mistake in the document. The U.S. is not
the only country to play the game they call football. In Canada we
have a version with superior rules. This week the nation is in a
state of excitement because the national playoff is Saturday, for
Lord Grey's Cup. The Toronto Argonauts are playing the British
Columbia Lions (distantly related to the British Lion).
The game has always maintained high commonwealth standards with
parades, drinking, playing in snow-storms, drinking, and uncouth
cowboys shipping their horses east and riding them into the lobbies
of posh Toronto hotels.
