Combi Question

I noticed that before I had my stern tube rebuilt and Combi adjusted.

Now I get noticeably more power at lower revs.

Is the engine slowdown that John mentioned a symptom of an ill-adjusted Combi?

I wonder? Maybe I should have play with mine? I would be interested to hear how to correctly adjust it.
