columbia 26 external motor mount

My 9.9 Merc has had it. Has anyone been able to find an external mount that will take a 4 stroke and get the motor out of the water when not in use. Anyone tried putting in a saildrive? Any 4 strokes fit into the well?

4 stoke in the well

I have a 4 HP 4 stroke Nissan outboard in the well of my Columbia 24 foot Challenger. The Challenger is for sale without the motor CHEAP.
