Color of plexiglass on 1993 Hunter 40.5

we need to replace all fixed windows and portholes and needed the correct color, anyone know?

Not sure if there is a "standard" color. If you mean the lenses, most mfgs use either a smoke or clear. Smoke colors vary with mfger and year run and age.
Go to a local PPG type glass company and ask them to show you their Lexan color sample(s).
If you're replacing originals with new portlights from Lewmar, Gray, Pompanette, etc. to match the frame color, you'll get the color choices they have at the time you order. Some brands yellow with age, some don't.

They are not Lexan. Plexiglass. I had mine replaced about eight (?) years ago but not the ones in the aft cabin or hull since they were not crazed. The match is almost the same color-wise (smoked) but I wouldn't concern myself too much with an exact match. FWIW, my jobber insisted we spec US-sourced acrylic. He said it would last longer without crazing. Whatever, it does seem to be holding up well.

Rick, Plexi vs Lexan...
One is more UV resistant than the other. Can't remember which is which.
