Cockpit Water Hose Inlet

I have the same shore water inlet connection on my Hunter 46 with a downstream pressure regulator and use it all the time. You can source a new one from Sea Dog stainless steel S-D-513110-1 and costs ~$25 OR Perko chrome bronze PKO-504DPCHR and costs ~$62 from your local or on-line marine parts supplier like in the links below. Both are pipe size: 1/2" FIPT x 3/4" FGHT. You will need a pressure regulator immediately downstream, which I assume you already have.

Assuming that's a connection to supply fresh water from the dock...

That kind of connection is generally not a good idea on a boat. If something breaks in the plumbing system you can flood the boat and sink it. Better to fill the tanks manually, as needed. If you must, put a pressure reducer in line immediately after it, or better, screwed onto the hose first.

If, on the other hand, it's to attach a hose that's supplied from the boat's fresh water supply, there are some nice sill cocks available, like this one:
