Cockpit table - drilling

Hello From Slovenia, Europe,

I am new owner of Beneteau 47,7, year of build is 2002. As we need cockpit table, i have made one. Now i came accros difficulty with mounting table to the cockpit

This is how the part that need to bi tightent to the cocpit floor look like.

I am sure some of you have faced similar problem and you can help me out with my.

Thanks for your answer, in any way i'll use sealing compound, but i'll take KENT for it. I would like to know if any of you have an idea about how is the structure of cockpit floor designd. Is there a iron or aluminium plate laminated in it or not (like on places that needs special force).
