If you notice that your Columbia 23T's cockpit fills with water when healing, consider using 2 drain stoppers available at Home Depot for around $.50 a piece. Reason for leakage is that scupper drain holes ont he transom are 1.5" too low on the original Alan Payne design. Models from 1978 and 1979 have been corrected.
