Ace hardware
Ace Hardware has a tape that looks like black electric tape, but with a plastic backing. Since I never thought to go to the pool section (great idea), I got this stuff from Ace. I figured I would replace it often because it doesn't look durable. That was three years ago. It stretches and molds quite nicely to the corigated tube. And there's plenty in a roll to overlap a few times. A very clean, simple, and so far perminant fix. Mine leaked like a shower head. If you use this method, you still will want to remove the tube to do the job. Stretch, twist, and repeat.
