The original plugs in the cockpit sole were rubber expansion plugs
with an inner brass collar which received a bolt. They are still
listed for sale by Vega Marin AB as item 626 for 5 mm bolts and item
627 for 6 mm bolts. You would need to get the bolts which are not

Having said all that, you can just as easily set up wood blocks or
metal bars or something under the sole, to receive bolts or screws
purchased locally. Use Robertson (square slot) or Phillips or
something else that is fast because it is VERY TEDIOUS to put all of
them in and out, especially if they are slot-heads.
