I have a 1980 25 ft Mac and would like to cover the cockpit deck. It is wearing a bit and has never been painted. In lieu of building a teak floor what is a good covering? Also, the deck floor and seats make a little bit of a cracking or snapping sound when walked on, is this normal? They don't seem to bend and the glass on both surfaces seems to be in good condition. I have inspected under the decks and the glass appears fine. Would like to cover the deck with something to protect it and possibly give a bit of support. Some of the other cabin decking is a turning a bit black and cleaner doesn't remove the dark stained areas, probalby loosing paint? What would be a good method to restore the white color on the non skid deck areas? Thanks, ESK II
