Catalina 36mkII Leersum, the Netherlands
Dear co-Catalina owners....

We own a Catalina 36MkII #1790, based in Preveza in the NW-part of the European country of Greece, at the boundary of the northern Ionian Sea (Lefkas upto Corfu) and southern Ionian Sea (Lefkas down to Zakinthos and into the Bay of Patra).

We are considering to invite experienced Catalina-sailors to enter with us in a co-ownership of this yacht, thus offering the opportunity to sail every years some weeks in this beatifull area, for as long as the co-owner wants to or for as long as the yacht lasts.

Has anyone experience with co-ownership of a Catalina? Or are you interested to hear about our ideas how co-ownership might work. Then contact us, Thomas and Wil Lof, at lofboat@planet.nl !

Co-ownership can be a real nightmare, especially if you do not know the people you are going to be co-owning with well. If you want to subsidize the cost of owning the boat, why not put it into charter instead.
