Which locker to use for propane storage port or starboard?

The one that has the properly installed propane drain off the bottom of the locker.

The one that has the properly installed propane drain off the bottom of the locker.

The other factor is the size and shape of the locker. CNG tanks are a different size and shape from Propane tanks.

Make clear that a properly installed drain is one that also drains to the outside of the hull.
