Eastern shore Chesapeake Bay. Anybody know where to get a cng tank filled or swapped out.? For galley stove in a Hunter Legend . Sailing out of rock Hall Maryland. thanks, Dave

Hi Dave. A stale thread here. A bit of a hike for you, but we have a source here in Washington state where mine get filled. Keep looking and searching. Much prefer CNG to propane. Some of our city buses and garbage trucks run on CNG. Perhaps, with an adapter, you can fill yours at their source. Also, check for any environmental companies in your area. They might have access to natural gas.
I have been battling with refills for years. I have the refill adapter but refilling a lower pressure tank at a modern high pressure station is sketchy. Operator has turned off my pump to prevent...finally solved the issue on my 94 Legend when I upgraded house bank too lifePo4 batteries. Used the shell of my CNG stove to host a countertop electric oven/toaster/air fryer with an induction cooktop on top. I don't have tons of AH but I am cooking underway and usually at a marina, not on the hook for days. See photo of my work!
