has a tank exchange program; bring in your empty tank and they sell you a full one for about $28-$30. I keep a spare full tank on board just in case. I picked up a used one (without the regulator) from Mike at Pacific Marine Exchange in Bellingham for $50. He gets them in every once in awhile. Patrick, where can I get the special tank adapter? Northwest Natural Gas has a service station near me where they say I can get refills. I think you have to have your tank safety certified before they will fill it. Terry
