I am interested in two things, what to use to clean and deodourize the holding tank on my Hunter 31,and what can be used to remove the oxidation on my decks including the non skid areas.

Holding tank

Here's what I did. Pumped it out. Filled with water. Pumped it out again. Filled with water. Pumped it out again. I don't remember how many times I did this (3 or 4??). Then I filled it one more time with a heavy dose of C.P. Motored around a bit to slosh things around, and pumped it out one last time. Looked inside via the inspection port, clean as a whistle!Roc

Had to paint them

The deck on my 1981 H33 was a terrible washed out grey. I painted the non-skid area only using single- part epoxy paint, rolling it on with anti-skid material and a flattening agent mixed in . Turned out great, and have many compliments on the looks and feel of the deck now. The color I used was Seattle Grey, and I think it was a good match for the original color.
