Is there a reputable company that I can send my mainsail off to be cleaned and inspected. If so, what kind of charges am I looking at, do they charge by sail area, or a flat fee. I would really like to have it inspected as well. I really need some suggestions, as the Admiral is bugging me to death. Thanks

When you get sails cleaned, they may charge you in 1 of two ways: 1) By the pound. 2) By the sq ft. If your sail need inspection, a sail loft can take care of that. They will also provide a cleaning service. Check them out.

Other option is the sailmaker - most Hunters come w/Doyle sails - Doyle will take them in the fall, clean, repair and store them 'till spring for a very modest fee. Good Luck. Drew
