Has anyone developed and used a method, system or cleaning solution to help remove build up inside the water lines, pump and filters? My system is only 3 years old and the combination of really poor box insulation, as well as material build up in the water cooling lines has already started to reduce the efficiency of the system. Has anyone tried a diluted muriatic acid solution, and what were the results? How ofetn have you repeated the use of the diluted acid and has it had any adverse effects on the system, the condenser, filters, hoses? Thanks in advance for the help. Mike Pilolla

Used in AC condensors

The muriatic acid solution that you are talking about is used on a regular basis for cleaning the seawater condenser on AC units. It should work fine on your refrigeration unit.
