Cleaning up the fiberglass

Getting some new experience in an old boat.
What's the best way of cleaning up the fiberglass?
Any difference on the hull or inside??

Do you mean making it shine or washing away years of grime? Mainesail has published several definitive routines for making an old boat look new again. I suggest you will do well to find and read those.

I had a 1977 green sailboat and I now have a 1977 white one -- nothing is as good as Island Girl. The Pink soap and the Elixir/Mirror Hard combination works wonders on old fiberglass. www.islandgirlproducts.com is the link

Start with 1gal water, add 1 c vinegar and 2tbl dish soap. That works on the inside and out side. "Soft Scrub does wonders on marks on the hull. Bob
