Im cleaning up my digital closet (hard drive), and thought I would post information for the 1980's H22. I will post more as I come across it. Let me know if there is any information you need.

Electrical

This is not the OEM electrical map, this is what I did when I replaced the wiring harness. I added a bus bar, and a connection to the alternator on the o/b

OEM Keel

New keel from Foss. Not sure if i have the dimensions written down, but at least this is what a brand new keel looks like. There is one alteration this has from the OEM keel. I sent Foss a bronze bushing to install as they made it. The bronze bushing and s.s. pin were manufactured locally.

Not quite tiller to sheet steering...

I lashed the the tiller to a couple lines attached to the toe rail. I attached the lines to the tiller with two of the smallest harken cam cleats. Depending on the sea state in the Gulf I could sail like this for hours. This worked great for me when close hauled to just about beam reaching. After that no worky, and I would then have to use some sort of tiller to sheet steering.

Also notice a cool (i think so) tip, my jib sheets are color coded red and green for port and starboard sides. I also used cross sheeting, so you will see in this pic that my starboard sheet is the working sheet, but is cleated off on the port side.

A lot of the information and more may be in the manuals already under the 22 boat INFORMATION downloads but those photos are really great as well if you could upload them sir.
