Just refinished the floor in my 27'. Cleaned with soap and clorax to remove all dirt grit and oils. Sanded with very fine paper after it dried and gave it two coats of Wests Teak Oil. Didn't worry about dings. Looks great, should have done it a long time ago. Enjoy
