Just bought a C320 and was having problems with the engine. Took apart the exhaust/ water mixer and noticed it was clogged with years of carbon buildup. I used an ice pick and knocked out a lot of carbon but there is still a lot more. She runs great now but curious what I can do to clean it real well as well as the engine. Any ideas are appreciated. Picture attached shows still a lot of buildup. I didn't want to dig out too much because it's hard to tell what's carbon buildup and the actual metal.
