that's nothing! I've seen some really weird "vessels" around our area. Just head into Eagle Harbor at Bainbridge Island. Some odd-ball liveaboards anchored out. Although, the local authorities have worked lately to move 'em on if they cause trouble. And personally, I have no trouble with anchored liveaboards even though they may look like the Clampetts.

Yup.

I miss the "traditional" liveaboards and float homes that were at fishermans wharf in Victoria B.C.'s main harbour.

I would walk the docks and check out the latest things, and say hello to people

The area is gentrified and sterile now.
Like a floating version of suburban McMansions.Less people around other than landlubbers at the fish and chips shack. Ugh.

Then again, i think Tofino and Uclulet suck now that tourism has taken over.
