My apologies Brian. I only wish I were "Out there somewhere". I'm sincerely sorry to have left everyone hanging like that and I have no excuse. We are OK, though a bit frazzled

As you may know, I had planned to retire this year and set sail the first week of June for Victoria and the Rendezvous. When I went to my boss in April to tell him my plans he pravailed upon me to postpone my retirement for a few years. I planned to take a few weeks vacation and fly to the Rendezvous but unexpected events at the last minute forced me to cancel my vacation and have kept me traveling and working long hours ever since. I just returned from a six-day trip and have only five days in the office before I have to leave for Florida for ten days on business. Somehow, between now and the 12th I have to find time to go to Kauai and Maui for a day each and try to catch up with work here in Honolulu. As the company "Smoke Jumper" I have been kept very busy flying around and putting out brush fires and Laura has been hired as a consultant to help. At least we are doing most of the traveling together.

Thanks for your concern. I'll fill everyone in as soon as I get a breather.

was my first rendevous . Is there a "report" posted as to whom was there
etc? Any pics? Was anything discussed further about next year?, need some

Chuck when you get to FL let me know and hopefully we can get together and buy you dinner. Wilhem's in the Miami area and I'm 2 hrs north...west coast is not out range.

Hi Bob,

Flying out this afternoon on UA2 to ORD then on UA1518 to MCO (Orlando). We are going to the Kawasaki Regional and District sales manager's meetings and the national dealer meeting that follows so we'll be there until the 19th. Laura has business with Kawasaki and with another company and has her own series of meetings to attend. We'll be busy but should have some free time but probably not enough to get all the way down to Miami. We both always travel with a laptop so we'll be checking in.

Chuck, we are traveling this the 16--19 so it doesnt appear we will hook up this trip. FYI I am about 2 hrs south of orlando....give a call on Monday on my cell 772-216-8087
