Cheribini did design a very good line of sailboats, But as I look at my 27 footer 1982 vin, I realize the Warren Luhrs did a exceptional job, Rigging: eliptical spreaders w/ SS fittings, dbl tangs, dbl lwr shrouds, internal halyards, jiffy reef, full coated wire topping, all open bronze turnbuckles, dbl pulpits and stansions, full toe rail 3/8" bolts 6" apart, Wheel steering, diesel aux. pwr, down below, all bronze screws, no rivets,or staples. How did he do it, he did it and is still doing it, though i'm not crazy for the new euro designs, He's produced a good boat at the lowest prices, maybe he's connected, maybe it's midnight boat sales, but You've got to give the guy credit, when credit is due and Warren Luhrs put together a good line of sailboats, and many of us are happy with ours.
