It has finally arrived. Last week I stopped by D&R Marine to ask Rudy a question about my centerboard. It was, as always a great opportunity to visit the "one - all knowing expert". During my visit Rudy showed me his new web site which is just coming up. When I got home I checked it out and ... WOW. What a great site. So the next time you are looking for something you can go to Rudy's site and see what he has and the cost. Rudy told me that he is still adding information the site ... but you can get a good idea of what it will look like now - there is a tremendous amount of information on the 25. Oh yes - the cost of new centerboard about $500 - I forgot the exact number - I think I will have to repair the one I have! AND..... if you live in the New Bedford area and can find your way to Rudy's barn in Assonet you might want to pay him a visit on Friday - November 29th. Rudy told me that he always has a sale on the Friday after thanksgiving to help reduce his inventory and the prices will be better than ever.
