Hey all, Just wanted to say that I am disappointed. Every time I check into here I also check to see if anyone is in the chat room. No one is ever there! Let's all try to check the chat room when we are on-line. I think that the chat room could be a great place to share ideas and information.

Schedules

Chat rooms are tricky to deal with because of schedule differences. I see your post is dated today at 1729. I'm still at work then most days. Possibly in the car. Probably not on the web. Dinnertime interferes with chats. And TV. Forums are good because they allow for anyone to participate, despite different schedules. Perhaps if you scheduled a chat, suggesting that you'd be around at a particular time on a particular day, you'd get some conversation going.

Maybe someone in the Chat Room can help. I have a small leak coming through the starboard chainplate. I would like to remove the chainplate in order to rebed. I started by loosening the nut at the bottom of the chainplate bar inside the cabin, then loosened the four screws on the top of the chainplate. I'm not sure what to do next to remove the chainplate totally. I've tried everything to get it off. If anyone could walk me through this I would really appreciate it.
