Chartplotters

My Hunter 410 is currently equiped with the following ST50 Plus instruments: GPS, Wind, Depth and Speed. I would like to add a chartplotter that will interface with these instruments. Does Raymarine make such a chartplotter and if so what is the model number or numbers. Thanks,Wayne Hall
