Chart plotter software

For those of you who are using a tablet for your chart plotter - I would like to know what Ap you are using. BTW I have an Android tablet.

Navionics App running on iPad. There is also an android version. I am very satisfied with this product.

navionics on a google/nexus/asus 7, 2013 model with 32gb ram. has built in US and Russian GPS receiver chips so a data plan is not need for triangulation of your position. works excellent.

Has anybody tried the Coastal Explorer (Rose Point Navigation Systems) for use with Windows (PC, laptop or the Surface Pro tablet)? How would it compare to the Navionics package?
