Changes to the American Vega Website

We've greatly expanded the Ship's Store section by joining the
Amazon.com affiliate program. Now you can order books, music and DVD
Movies through Ship's Store at the AVA website and we'll be adding
more categories of products very soon. A few cents from each purchase
goes to the Association to help support our efforts and pay for the
web site. Last year we earned enough from the logo products to pay
about two thirds of the annual hosting fees but sales dropped off
after the Christmas season.

Please support the AVA by doing some of your Christmas shopping in the
new Ship's Store at Special deals and offers on marine merchandise. The
prices and service are the same as if you went directly to Amazon.com

Also, I have six Vega Burgee/Pennants left. These can be ordered in
the Ship's Store as well.
