change starboard sink washers

On a 1994 Legend 40.5 starboard head sink, do the knobs just pop off?
No visible screw or set screw holding them on. Tried to replace entire fixture but
cannot access behind sink.

I was going to replace my faucets but wound up replacing the ceramic cartridges. I became convinced I was unlikely to find that quality heavy castings and plating. As I recall, they pry off. Just try it gently in case memory fails me; it was a long time ago.

Yes, they pry off. I replaced the valve stem on the one on my boat. I also replaced the sink fawcet in the forward head with one sold on the HOW site. If you have to do that, I suggest selling the boat instead.

Recently replaced the forward head faucet (a lot of fun lying down underneath there with your back contorted) and the starboard is on my list -

Bought adaptors from a plumbing store and removed part of the original pipe connectors so I could use regular taps from home depot etc - made a huge difference
