Centreboard clonking

Can anyone tell me how to stop the centreboard banging when at anchor.Pulling it up is not an option as the boat then rolls badlyWould be most grateful to know if there is a cure.John Caig

Rocker Stoppers

West Marine sells a product called Rocker Stoppers..............they look like small traffic cones.............about three on each side lowered into the water will stop it a bunch
