Centre board hunter 19

Is it possible to change up haul rope for centre board without dropping the centre board???

What year?

If it is one of the water ballasted one the answer is no

Can you reach where the center board haul rope ties to the board? If so then sure. If it is hidden form view and is unreachable, then raising the boat and dropping the centerboard by pulling the pin sounds like your only option.
