Is it possible to reseat the centerboard bolts without pulling the boat out of the water? Mine are starting to leak, when I tried tightening or loosening them, the whole bolt turned. I have no trailer, may have to pay marina to use his hydraulic trailer.

You might be able to hold the top of the bolt with 2 new nuts, and loosen the lower on? I think you might want to condier WHY the bolt is turning..that would indicate that the substrate itself that it is bolted into is failing, and the bolts havent actually loosened.

I've re-bed mine but is was not in the water. You could try to loosen the bolts, lift the washers and hope water don't gush before you can seal the bolts. I've replaced my swing keel pin and have removed all the bolts and the pin brackets where the heads of the bolts are run through. The hull where these bolts pass through is solid fiberglass and I seriously doubt there an issue with the structure. Most likely the sealant under the heads of the countersunk bolts has deteriorated along with the sealant between the hull and the swing keel bracket. Personally I would lift the boat, remove the brackets and take the opportunity to check the keel pin. When I checked mine the stainless steel pin was so corroded that while jiggling the keel the pin broke. Lucky for me that I had not yet put this boat in the water.
